Cisco is the incredible artist that won the Busking Competition at The Ramble in 2024!

He is the lead vocalist for the Ithaca, New York based band, Cisco PL & The Soul Benders.  In 2023 Cisco released his first album Moments and in May 2025 is set to release his bands first Album. Cisco brings his powerful, seasoned voice to deliver a powerhouse celebration of originals filled with blues and soul as well as some classic covers.
