Are you an artist with a vinyl album & a desire to be on the Ramble lineup?
Here's your chance!
Just like many of you, we love to listen to and collect vinyl albums! We also know that there are a lot of great artists that would love to play the Ramble and a very limited number of spots on the lineup. So, we've partnered with Heady Wax Fiends to create the Heady Wax Fiends Vinyl Submission Contest to provide an opportunity for one artist/band to join the Ramble lineup and get the tab for their next vinyl pressing and more picked up by Heady Wax Fiends.

Submissions are now open and accepted until the submission deadline of Friday, May 16, 2025. All submissions recieved prior to the deadline will be reviewed by the Ramble Festival and Heady Wax Fiends team, but submissions recieved after May 16th may not be considered. The selected artist will be announced when the full Ramble Festival lineup is announced this summer.

Here’s the pot-o-gold at the end of the Heady Wax Fiends rainbow - Heady Wax Fiends is going to pick up the tab to press your next vinyl and include it in the Heady Wax Fiends Vinyl Record Club's distribution of more than 600 monthly members (Psst, this is a big deal y'all!)
Heady Wax Fiends will also give you 250 copies of that beautiful new vinyl
Things to note:
We prefer that your vinyl submission is focused on your original music, but we'll still check it out if you've got a few covers.
The Ramble has a vibe that can be felt and comes through in the music. We're looking for an artist/band that gets and fits the Ramble vibe. If you look at the other artists on the lineup and feel like your vibe is similar, send your vinyl our way!
Please note that vinyl submissions will not be returned and become the property of the Ramble Festival.
Due to the volume of submissions anticipated, we will only be in touch if you are selected.
The earlier we get your submission, the more time we have to spin it, so get those submissions in early!
What is Heady Wax Fiends?
Heady Wax Fiends Record Club is a mail order vinyl record subscription club without genre or theme that concentrates on working directly with artists to bring their subscribers the best releases available. They deliver exclusive vinyl content to 600+ subscribers every month and work with artists to take your next completed project and press it to vinyl at no cost to you. They also pick up the tab to have the project mastered for vinyl and modify your album artwork for a vinyl jacket. They will press the product to vinyl at one of their partner pressing plants and then feature the album as a record of the month for their subscribers.
In addition to picking up the tab and sending out 600+ copies to a passionate group of vinyl loving audiophiles, they will also ship you 250 copies of your new album on standard black vinyl for sale on your merch table and online platforms. You can even order additional copies at-cost if you need more. Most importantly, Heady Wax Fiends understands just how important your music is to you - you retain all rights throughout the entire process and you will be responsible for approving each step along the way!
